Abstract

Dalam pengelolaan karyawan dan data gaji karyawan pada CV Aksara pena selama ini masih dikerjakan dengan manual baik dari proses pencatatan data karyawan maupun penghitungan rekap gaji karyawan pembacaan dan penghitungan gaji karyawan. melalui penelitian ini penulis membangun aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam mengelola data karyawan dan data gaji kawyawan agar lebih mudah khirisinya dalam proses pengelolaan data jabatan, data pinjaman, data bonus dan data gaji karyawan. dari hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan metode blackbox penulis menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sudah berjalan dengan baik
