Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of concentration in the powder milk and condensed milk processing industry in Indonesia, and to analyze the level of productivity in the powder milk and condensed milk processing industry in Indonesia. The data used in this study used secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2000 - 2020. The analysis technique used uses qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the market structure of the powder milk and condensed milk processing industry in Indonesia for the period 2000 to 2020 was classified into a full oligopoly market. Based on the calculation of the level of productivity of raw materials in the milk powder and condensed milk processing industry, the period from 2000 to 2020 tends to fluctuate.
