Abstract

This study aims to examine and provide evidence of the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio to Stock Price in real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample for this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method which was carried out at real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period, and based on predetermined criteria a sample of 10 companies was obtained. The analytical method used in this research is linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tools. Based on the method tested using the Model Feasibility Test (F Test), it can be concluded that this research model is feasible to use. The results of the analysis show that the Return on Assets has a significant effect, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio do not significantly affect stock prices in real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
