Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan enterprise risk management, intellectual capital, dan sustainability report terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45 selama periode 2018 – 2022. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sejumlah 26 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa enterprise risk management dan sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Beberapa keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel dalam penelitian hanya menggunakan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ45, jumlah periode sampel hanya lima tahun, dan penggunaan variabel yang masih terbatas.
