Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of budget participation and organizational culture on managerial performance. The study was conducted at PT Rajawali Nusindo. There have been numerous inconsistencies among previous research findings regarding the effects of budget participation and organizational culture on managerial performance. This serves as the foundation for conducting this study. The data used in this research is primary data collected through questionnaires. Initially, the questionnaires were given to the head of the central accounting manager at PT Rajawali Nusindo, and then they were distributed online to 43 other samples located in 43 different company branches. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 was employed in this research. Based on the conducted analysis, it can be concluded that both budget participation and organizational culture significantly influence managerial performance.
