Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of employees of PT Musi Hutan Persada, KPO Niru. The research method used is quantitative method. The data used in the research is primary data. The sampling method used is a saturated sample (census), where the entire population will be selected as the research sample. The population in this study were 261 employees of PT Musi Hutan Persada who were in KPO Niru (215 permanent employees and 46 contract employees). Based on the results of the t test that showed the t value > t table significant value or α value, it can be concluded that Quality Of Work Life (QWL) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Musi Hutan Persada employees, KPO Niru. Thus, based on the aspects that have been studied, company management should be able to provide more motivation and enthusiasm for its employees through improving Quality Of Work Life (QWL) because this can affect employee Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).
