Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on ASN (State Civil Apparatus) performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra province. The population in this study were all employees with ASN status at the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province in 2022, with a total of 366 ASNs. The sample who became respondents in this study was 101 respondents consisting of 25% each of ASN Esselon II, III, IV and staff. The results of multiple linear analyses show that work motivation and organizational culture positively and significantly affect ASN performance. For work motivation, it is expected that there is a need for rolling with several parts of the work unit to maintain good relations between employees. Organizational culture, it is hoped that there will be an evaluation of changes in organizational structure and governance. Where this is often done, changes occur to the employees themselves in providing performance.
