Abstract

This study aims to analyze, test, and measure the performance of the Regional General Hospital at Ogan Ilir by using the Balance Scorecard. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires to patients and hospital employees. Secondary data were obtained from financial report documentation, medical record reports and HR reports for 2020 - 2022. The results showed that hospital performance from a financial perspective in 2020 - 2022 was generally good, but for total assets turnover ratio and CRR were still below standard. Hospital performance from the perspective of customers in 2020 - 2022 is good. The performance from the perspective of internal business processes in 2020 - 2022 is not good, where the percentage value of BTO, GDR, and NDR is not in accordance with the standard of Permenkes No. 1171 of 2011. Performance from the perspective of growth and learning in 2020 - 2022 shows good performance. So, it can be concluded that the performance of RSUD Ogan Ilir seen from 4 perspectives Balance Scorecard is quite good. Management needs to pay special attention to the measurement of indicators that are not good or good enough, and maintain an assessment of good indicators to improve hospital performance in the future.
