Abstract

Regional tax revenue is one of the reinforcing indicators in increasing the total Regional Original Revenue. one of the forms of regional taxes found in Muara Enim Regency is Land and Building Tax and Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that partially the variable effectiveness and contribution of land and building taxes had a significant positive effect on the regional original income variable. while partially the variables of effectiveness and contribution of fees for obtaining land and building rights do not affect the variable local revenue. But simultaneously the variables of effectiveness and contribution of land and building taxes and fees for acquiring land and building rights have an effect on local revenue.
