Abstract

This research aims to find out the efficiency and return to scale of the foreign exchange bank industry in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data that comes from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) years used 2014-2021. The data analysis technique used is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). The results of the research showed that the foreign exchange bank industry in Indonesia is not efficient with a technical efficiency value of 0,9666, allocative efficiency of 2,0399, economic efficiency by 1,9718 and the return to scale of the foreign exchange bank industry in Indonesia is in the increasing return to scale condition with a value of 1,0728.
