Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh migrasi terhadap Upah minimum,Lama sekolah, kesempatan kerja di suatu kabupaten/kota di Provinsi sumatera utara dan sumatera selatan. Data yang diproleh dari (Badan Pusat Statistik) BPS Sumsel dan sumut pada Tahun 2013-2022. Pada migrasi Masuk di kedua provinsi tersebut terdapat 12% dari 273 juta jiwa penduduk yang tinggal diprovinsi yang berbeda dari tempat asalnya. setiap Tahun terjadi peningkatan dengan begitu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah setiap variabel mengalami pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sehingga penelitian ini terjawab dan terselesaikan dengan baik. pada setiap variabel yang diambil seperti Upah minimum, Lama sekolah dan kesempatan kerja hal tersebut yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap orang yang memilih untuk migrasi ke tempat lain untuk memproleh hidup yang lebih layak dan meningkatkan Status sosialnya. Kata Kunci: Migrasi, Upah minimum, Lama sekolah, kesempatan Kerja, Provinsi
