Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on the work productivity of employees PT Aquila Sanjaya Purnama. The population in this study were employees in the production departement totaling 40 people using the saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The data was processed using the Satisficial for product and service solution (SPSS) program version 26. The results showed that Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees PT Aquila Sanjaya Purnama
