Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment on the performance of nurses at the Regional General Hospital Raden Mattaher Jambi. The design of thid research is a quantitative method assisted by descriptive. The sample in this study used purposive sampling, nurses who were accepted in 2021 and 2022 with total 52 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data were processed using the SPSS release 23. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment hypothesis has a positive and sjgnificant effect on nurse performance is rejected with a determination value 0.6%.
