Abstract

Training is a series of activities designed to improve skills, knowledge, experience, or change a person's attitude in doing work in a company so that employee performance can increase. This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Sako Kenten Palembang Service Unit. The object of this study were all employees or apparatus working at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Sako Kenten Palembang Service Unit, as many as 38 people who were used as respondents. The data used in this study were obtained through saturated sampling techniques for respondents. Based on the results of testing simple linear regression analysis, it was found that the training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Service Unit Sako Kenten Palembang.
