Abstract

Micro and small industry is one of the potential sources and a major contribution to the Indonesian economy. This can help the government's role in dealing with unemployment problems, equalizing income and increasing human resources. This research was conducted to determine the influence of added value and labor productivity on the efficiency of micro and small industries in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in the form of a time series originating from the Central Statistics Agency for the 2011-2020 period. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis techniques. The method used is the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The research results show that (a) The effect of added value on efficiency in micro and small industries in Indonesia. (b) The influence of labor productivity on efficiency in micro and small industries in Indonesia. Keywords: Added Value, Labor Productivity, Efficiency and Micro and Small Industries.
