Abstract

The media is a communication tool that is now widely used by the public as a communication tool to spread news, messages and information throughout society and even the whole world at the same time quickly. Film is one of the media and most film communities make it a medium of entertainment by attracting it in terms of color images that we can see clearly and also sounds that we can hear by many people. Film is one of the most popular, which can be seen from the many films circulating in sociery, both on the big screen and television. One of the films that is also in great demand is the cartoon Masha and the Bear where this writer examines the film with the assumption that the community, especially for children, so that they develop even better, the researcher analyzes the Effects of Showing Cartoon Serial Masha and the Bear on SD Negeri Sukodadi children by using qualitative research methods. Where to use data collection methods by way of direct and in-depth interviews, observation, and also documentation in order to know the behavior of children who are the object of research. From this research it is hoped that children will get shows that are appropriate for their age in order to get a positive and good effect on these children.
