Abstract

This research discusses "Consumption Behavior of People Using the Mekaar National Civil Capital Credit System (PNM) in Payabakal Village, Gelumbang District". The aim of this research is to look at the consumption behavior of the Payabakal village community who use the credit system. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research strategy uses case studies. This research uses behavioral theory from B.F Skinner. The results of this research show that there are 3 behaviors of people who use the PNM Mekaar credit system, namely buying equipment and home equipment that previously did not have equipment and home equipment, buying motor vehicles that previously did not have motor vehicles, and renovating houses that previously did not have toilets and kitchens.
