Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT ASABRI (Persero). The population in this research is all employees on the island of Sumatra at PT ASABRI (Persero). The population in this study was 57 people, sampling used the Saturated sampling technique where the sample consisted of 57 respondents. This research uses primary data with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained was tested using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation tests (r) and coefficient of determination (R2). The data in this analysis was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT ASABRI (Persero).
