Abstract

To define a few variables that affect decisions in important projects such as the time plans, cost plan, implementation time, cost of implementation, the availability of labor, arrival dan schedule delays, good quality material and in accordance with the plan, the project scheduling can be done within the normal implementation. By using microsoft project 2010 program assistance, critical task can be known and existing problems also. The application is used to manage time plan or time tasks so that a project that is currently running can be evaluted in accordance with the overall task you have in the phases of project. The implementation of the project originally planned completed 123 working days, it changed to 184 days. In realization, worked complete in 174 days. Its faster 10 working days compared to the plan. However the amount od acceleration as much as labor 1454 person and its realization 1298 person. Critical task on either the plan or the realization have in common, namely the work of roof structure and Steel car repair shop brikasa. The evaluation is expected to be a reference to a similar construction project scheduling.
