Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE) dan earning per share (EPS) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan jasa subsektor properties and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perushaan selama 3 tahun berturut – turut sehingga total sebanyak 48 observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan alat bantu software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 23. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa earning per share berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan return on asset dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
