Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of management accounting system, management control system and enviromental uncertainty on managerial performance at PT. Kosindo Supratama. The sample in this study was 52 people, using the method purposive sampling. The data collection technique is to go directly to respondents to submit and recollect questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests with programs software SPSS. The results of the study stated that Management accounting system, management control system and enviromental uncertainty have a positive and significant influence on managerial performance ats PT. Korsindo Supratama. Some limitations in this study are the busyness of employees when filling out questionnaires so that sometimes they do not show their true opinions. Future research is ecpected to use testing of other variables such as decentralization, motivation, human capital and more.
