Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the BI Rate, World Gold Prices, and the Global Stock Index (Dow Jones Index) on the LQ-45 Stock Index. Secondary data is used in the form of a time series for the period August 2013 – May 2023. The data obtained comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia, Investing, and Yahoo Finance. Descriptive data analysis was carried out based on the Error Correction Model (ECM) method and the data was processed using E-Views. Based on the findings of the test results that have been carried out, it is known that in the long term and partial short term, the BI Rate and World Gold Prices have a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the Global Stock Index (Dow Jones Index) has a significant positive effect on the LQ-45 Stock Index. Simultaneously, the results obtained show that the BI Rate, World Gold Price, and Global Stock Index (Dow Jones Index) have an influence on the LQ-45 Stock Index.
