Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan natrium bikarbonat kapasitas produksi 129.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2026 di Kawasan Industri Deltamas, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Natrium bikarbonat pada pabrik ini dibuat melalui proses reaksi metatesis dari bahan baku natrium klorida dan ammonium bikarbonat melalui reaktor Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) berdasarkan Patent CN110282638A. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line dan staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 141 orang. Pabrik natrium bikarbonat layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi, yaitu sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 44.507.811,20 Total Penjualan = US$ 151.194.808,31 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 107.951.076,09 Annual Cash Flow = US$ 24.426.392,88 Pay Out Time = 1,82 tahun Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 47,61% Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 60,11% Break Even Point (BEP) = 29,61% Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Metatesis, Natrium Bikarbonat, Perseroan Terbatas, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor
