Abstract

Green aparlmenl is a residence consisting of ( sitting room , bedroom , bathroom , kitchen , etc.) in one or more rooms which make some of the residential group in a multi-storey building, large , luxury and realized to resolve the housing problem due t o density occupancy rates and limited land at affordable prices in urban areas , is equipped with various facilities and using an approach that is environmentally sound, energy ejficiency , conserving water, sustainable building material s, maintain air quality, and manage trash. Green apartment is located in the center of the city of Palembang, on Jl. Lt. Col. Iskandar . These apartments provide 3 types of occupancy are studio type,2 room type and 3 room type. In addition to residential facilities, there are 4 support facilities in this apartment is sports Services , commercial Services , health Services and children's Services . Sports Services consisting of swimming pool, fitness center , and a jogging track . Commercial Services consisting of a mini market and Stores. Health Services consisting of a polyclinic. Child Services , consisting of a playground and child care.
