Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar lari jarak pendek melaluipendekatan bermain pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri I Banyuasin I. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan tes lari jarakpendek menggunakan blangko unjuk kerja siswa yang di dalamnya berisikan indicator-indikator unjukkerja siswa Ketika pembelajaran lari jarak pendek. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIISMP Negeri I Banyuasin I yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan caraobservasi, lembar soal, dokumentasi, dan Teknik analisis data dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahuipeningkatan hasil belajar siswa analisis data dilakukan untuk data observasi maupun hasil tes siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil tes lari jarak pendek melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa kelasVII SMP Negeri I Banyuasin I di peroleh rata rata ketercapaian pada prasiklus pada aspek Kognitif sebesar 18,75%, Efektif sebesar 64,58%, Psikomotor 65,625%, sedangkan pada siklus I di peroleh rata-rata ketercapaian pada aspek kognitif sebesar 62,625%, dan Afektif sebesar 69,79%, Psikomotor 79,0625%. Dan pada siklus II di peroleh rata-rata ketercapaian pada aspek kognitif sebesar 71,87%, Aspek Afektif sebesar 76.73%, dan psikomotor sebesar 82,5%. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan ada peningkatan hasil belajar lari jarak pendek melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri I Banyuasin I. Prasiklus siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 4 orang atau di persentasekan sebesar 12,5%, dan Siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 31 orang atau dipersentasekan sebesar 96,875%. Jadi hasil perbandingan Prasiklus sampai Siklus II yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa dipersentasekan sebesar84,3%. Kata kunci : hasil lari jarak pendek, pendekatan bermain, siswa kelas VII
