Abstract

Latar Belakang. Kanker telah menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Berdasarkan data Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN) 2020, kanker payudara menempati urutan pertama dengan mortalitas yang tinggi di seluruh dunia, terutama di Indonesia. Seiring bertambahnya usia risiko kanker payudara akan meningkat, meskipun penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat harapan hidup relatif lebih rendah pada wanita usia <40 tahun. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Hubungan Usia dengan Grading Histopatologi Pasien Kanker Payudara di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Tahun 2022”. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang disajikan secara analitik dengan teknik desain potong lintang (cross sectional study) yang mengunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pasien kanker payudara yang di rawat inap di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang pada tahun 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan prosedur simple random sampling yang kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Statistical Pacakage for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil. Dari total 61 sampel diteliti sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, ditemukan bahwa karakteristik demografi pasien memiliki tingkat pendidikan SLTA (59%), sebagian besar tidak bekerja/IRT (88,5%) dan berasal dari luar Palembang (55,8%). Analisis usia menunjukkan bahwa kelompok usia 40-60 tahun memiliki risiko tertinggi (67,2%), sementara distribusi grading histopatologi menunjukkan prevalensi tertinggi pada grade 3 (52,5%). Tipe histopatologi yang paling umum adalah tipe lain-lain (90,2%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan grading histopatologi. dengan nilai p-value=0.019 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan. Pada tahun 2022 di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, kanker payudara paling sering terjadi pada usia 40-60 tahun (67,2%), dengan grading histopatologi grade 3 (52,5%). Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara usia dan grading histopatologi (p=0,019). Kata Kunci.Kanker payudara, usia, grading histopatologi.
