Abstract

He problems raised in this study are obstacles in marketing through Instagram and strategies used to increase sales results by PKK mothers through Instagram in Gunung Ibul, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with 8 informants, namely 6 main informants and 2 key informants with data collection techniques that include observation, centralized interviews, and documentaries. In this study researchers used the theory of Social Change, the results of this study obstacles in marketing through Instagram are the absence of Instagram admin so that marketing becomes messy, content quality, and expensive prices. And for the marketing strategy of pineapple fiber textile material to increase sales results, namely by creating an Instagram admin, making promotions and inviting the cooperation of Prabumulih city influencers, and providing discounts for orders through Instagram.
