Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pair bottom passing practice and bottom passing practice against a wall on extracurricular volleyball passing results at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a "two group pre-test-post-test design". The samples obtained amounted to 30 students. The lower passing test instrument uses its own lower passing test. Data analysis used a t test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the research show that there is an influence of bottom passing practice against the wall and bottom passing practice in pairs on the results of extracurricular volleyball bottom passing at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya, with thitung3.250 > ttable= 2.120 and sig 0.005 < 0.05. As a recommendation, this development can continue to be carried out in the future to support progress and ease in carrying out down passing tests in volleyball games.
