Abstract

Palembang cily has experienced good economic growth from trade. Lemabang market is one market which is locaied in the lungs of the city of Palembang. Location Lemabang market thal integrates with the terminal Lemabang often lead to congestion problems. With a location adjacent to favorable terms of trade and transport, but the developments in terms of improving the function and activity of each of these facilities are not accompanied by adequate capacity. This causes physical condition and terminal market is getting shabby, disorganized and circulation become disrupted. This market is currently doing renovations in accordance with the government’s plan to develop the market with the scale of the Service area. Based on the analysis that has been done, and terminal markets Lemabang have a functional concept. Market and this terminal should give priority to freedom of circulation of visitors and traders in the market area and the terminal. Market and terminal buildings are expected to be mutually supporting activities that occur in the building. Market and this terminal should menciptakakan equal chance at each merchant.
