Abstract

The problem encountered by the author at Sinar Baru Wood Depot, the author found that there were several problems, namely errors often occur in recording orders from customers which is because transactions are still manual with handwriting. This resulted in the process of making monthly reports to be hampered and inaccurate, as well as potential problems due to paper or transaction logbooks that could be lost or torn. In addition, there are many order invoices that are forgotten to be recorded, which can cause losses for the company. Also, sometimes employees commit acts of fraud by raising prices without the business owner knowing, so that it will be very detrimental to customers. The results of this study are that the authors succeeded in creating an application that can be used to manage and accommodate transaction data and provide complete information to customers, as well as customers can place orders online, making it easier in terms of time and effort. From the test results it was concluded that the application was in accordance with the research objectives and according to the needs of the Sinar Baru Wood Depot.
