Abstract

Globalization era has ushered in technological and telecommunications changes, particularly in information technology within government agencies, bringing forth positive transformations in public services. One notable instance is the adoption of E-Government services by the Palembang City Government, manifested in the Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System Application, commonly known as SRIKANDI. In a research endeavor aimed at analyzing the influence of user behavior on the application's sustainability, the Theory of Planned Behavior serves as the foundational theory. Research findings reveal that variables such as Social Influence, Trust in E-Government, and Trust Propensity positively impact the Behavioral Intention variable, consequently contributing to the sustainability of the SRIKANDI application implementation.
