Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi tes kondisi fisik cabang olahraga bolavoli yang valid, dan praktis. Penelitian mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh tahapan: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian produk, revisi produk, dan diakhiri dengan produksi massal. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar validasi dan angket. Aplikasi tes kondisi fisik ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli dengan 4,20 dalam kategori sangat valid. Uji coba produk menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 3,40 kategori sangat baik, kemudian uji pemakaian produk menunjukkan hasil kepraktisan sebesar 3.79 dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi tes kondisi fisik yang telah dikembang praktis digunakan untuk mempermudah pengambilan dan penyimpanan data hasil tes kondisi fisik. Pengguna disarankan untuk menggunakan aplikasi tes kondisi fisik saat melakukan tes untuk mendapatkan hasil tes yang akurat.
