Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surya Karya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Surya Karya yang berjumlah 52 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdaasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan
