Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the footprints game on the locomotor abilities of children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina 1 Palembang State Kindergarten. The research method used is experimental research with a one shot case study design. The sampling technique used was purposive, namely class B5, totaling 14 children. The data collection technique used is a structured observation sheet in the form of a checklist and the data analysis technique uses a normality test with the chi square formula to then carry out t-test analysis. The results of data analysis obtained a value of thitung of 3.59 and ttable of 1.77, which means thitung ≥ ttable so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, based on the calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the footprints game on the locomotor abilities of children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina 1 Palembang State Kindergarten.
