Abstract
Keprok Gerga orange varieties is a new primadonna typical of Pagar Alam City because it has a refreshing taste. This study aims to: (1) Describe the supply chain of Gerga tangerines in North Dempo District (2) Analyze the value chain of Gerga tangerines in North Dempo District. The research was conducted in September-October 2023 with survey method. Sampling method with purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study are: (1) There are 4 supply chain patterns, the flow of products flows from upstream to downstream with a total production in one year of 193,670 kg, the flow of information has been well integrated carried out directly and utilizing cell phones, the flow of money consists of a cash payment system and due (debt), the activities carried out start from production facilities to products to consumers. (2) In the value chain, the average total production cost per year for farmers is Rp15.402.194, intermediary traders Rp102.373.971, and retailers Rp22.741.721. The average revenue per year of farmers was Rp60.503.943, collecting traders Rp134.438.776, and retailers Rp27.222.400. The average annual income of farmers is Rp45.101.749, collecting traders Rp32.064.805, and retailers Rp4.480.679. Marketing margins for each pattern for grade A were Rp2.000-Rp3000/kg, grade B Rp2.600-Rp3.572/kg, and grade C Rp2.000-Rp3.367/kg. Revenue cost ratio of farmers amounted to 3,92, collecting traders 1,31, and retailers 1,92. which means the business is considered feasible because > 1 while the benefit cost ratio of farmers amounted to 2,92, collecting traders 0,31, and retailers 0,19 so that in collecting traders and retailers the business is considered inefficient because < 1. Farmer's share of producers amounted to 100 percent so that marketing is considered efficient because > 50 percent, while the trader's share with the largest value is at the retailer for grade A of 81,22 percent.
