Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual adalah dua faktor yang cukup untuk memengaruhi dalam berjalannya sebuah perusahaan, termasuk kemampuannya untuk meraih keberhasilan. Sikap karyawan dalam bekerja sangat penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Sikap dan perilaku karyawan sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat berhasil mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu suatu cara dalam menjawab masalah penelitian yang berkaitan dengan data berupa angka. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji t (parsial) dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai dari variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hindoli – Mill Sungai Lilin (Cargill Company) dan pada hasil analisis uji t (parsial) dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai dari variabel kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hindoli – Mill Sungai Lilin (Cargill Company). Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual seseorang karyawan semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan tersebut.
