Abstract

Responding to the COVID-19 pandemic that has occured since 2019 which has caused a significant global economic recession, especially a decline in economic growth, a declne in production and an increase in unemployment in many countries, the ILO (International Labor Organization) initiated an International Regime ILO Global Call To Action For A Human Centered Recovery. this research aims to describe Indonesia's Compliance in the ILO Global Strategy Program Call To Action For A Human Centered Recovery Using the concept of International Regime Compliance. As well as knowing the effectiviness, challenges and impacts of the steps taken by the Indonesian Goverment in adopting and implementing the principles. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive. The author obtained data through secondary data obtaned from indirect sources such as data in books, journals, reports and websites. The results of the analysis using the international regime compliance theory are that Indonesia has imlemented the Global Call To Action into its goverment program throug its national program and the results can be seen by determining the end of the COVID 19 Pandemic in Indonesia on June 21 2023. This can be seen using the International Regime compliance concept approach. Explained by Sarah McLaghin Mitchell and Paul R. Hansel, Indonesia has provided information regarding the success of the commitments and rules that have been mutually agreed upon and Indonesia shows a high level of compliance. so it can be concluded that Indonesia is a country with an Active-Compliance level of compliance.
