Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the effect of using educandy media on student learning motivation in the Civics learning process at Muara Kelingi State Senior High School. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods of pre- experimental design in the form of one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all XI classes with a research sample of XI IPA 2 class totaling 30 people taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation techniques. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that educandy-based learning media can increase student learning motivation in the Civics learning process. Based on the data from the wilconxon test results, a sig value of 0.000 was obtained, which means it is smaller than α 0.05, thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So from these data get the result that there is an influence of the use of Educandy media on the motivation of students at Muara Kelingi High School.
