Abstract

Human resources in the manufacturing industry are closely related to workload, where human resources are given a task or target that must be achieved. With this workload, an analysis is needed to optimize work in every field of work in the manufacturing industry. This analysis is workload analysis, this analysis aims to control workload, and can also measure the level of work effectiveness and efficiency. In its use, workload analysis is not only used in the manufacturing industry but can also be used in the world of education, such as measuring BKD or Lecturer Workload. To monitor and assess KPIs, an effective way is needed to present detailed data into information that can be used to make appropriate decisions. Google Locker Studio is a data visualization program designed as an easy-to-use tool for dealing with data in an engaging and clear way. The results of using Google Looker Studio in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sriwijaya University are that out of a total of 35 lecturers, it was found that in the odd semester there were 12 lecturers with a workload (SKS BKD) greater than 16 SKS BKD and 20 lecturers in the even semester workload (SKS BKD) is greater than 16 BKD credits.
