Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Training on the Performance of Employees of the Housing and Settlement Office of Prabumulih City. The population in this study is employees in the Housing and Settlement Office of Prabumulih City which amounts to 51 people and the sample in this study is all employees in the Settlement and Settlement Office of Prabumulih City Area. This study used descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. The independent variable is training (x), while the dependent variable is employee performance (y), then determines dimensions or indicators based on research variables and then determines respondents, data collection is carried out by questionnaire method. The types and sources of data used in this research are quantitative data, and the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data, Data collection techniques are carried out by providing a set of written questions to respondents to answer called questionnaires, This study uses a validity test research instrument, which is to measure the validity or absence of a questionnaire, A questionnaire is valid if the questionnaire question is able to reveal something that the questionnaire will measure and the Reliability Test is used to determine the results of a fixed measurer if a fixed measurement of the questionnaire is carried out if it is carried out twice or more times on a problem with the same problem. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique is a forecasting analysis tool, and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), correlation coefficient (r) and t test (Partial Test).
