Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work enthusiasm and work discipline have on employee performance at CV Sumber Rezeki Palembang. This type of quantitative descriptive research, the method used is a quantitative method. The total sample was 50 respondents. This research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire and the data analysis techniques used are the t test, f test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test and F test show that the variables of work morale and work discipline simultaneously and sequentially have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are that the work enthusiasm variable has an effect of 0.064, and the work discipline variable has an effect of 0.318. The advice given in the research is that CV Sumber Rezeki Palembang should increase awareness of work discipline among its employees in order to increase employee responsibility for work in accordance with their job description.
