Abstract

This research is motivated by implementation from head regulation of National Archives of Indonesia about dynamic archival information system that not implemented well. This research aims to know how implementation of Dynamic Archival Information System at Department of Investment and Integrated One-stop Service Center Palembang. The meJhod thaJ used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The theory that used in this research is implementation theory by George C. Edward III, where the implementation will success by communication, resource, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Based on the result of the research shows that communication, research, and bureaucratic structure were not good enough, while disposition was good enough. To make implementation going well this research suggests to : (I) have socialization and controlling so implementation still going, (2) increase the facilities because this application based on technology, and (3) have monthly report from staff as resposibility.
