Abstract

Sarapan pagi adalah kegiatan penting yang tidak boleh lupa untuk dilakukan karena sarapan dapat memberikan asupan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja otak terutama pada anak usia dini. Konsentrasi adalah usaha untuk memusatkan pikiran pada suatu objek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sarapan pagi dengan konsentrasi anak usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Sako Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasi dengan pengambilan data menggunakan angket dengan populasi 30 anak dan sampel 28 anak menggunakan random sampling. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya korelasi kuat dan positif antara sarapan pagi dengan konsentrasi anak usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Sako Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Untuk memastikan bahwa perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak usia dini dapat disesuaikan dengan usianya, keluarga, terutama orangtua, harus lebih memperhatikan menu sarapan anak usia dini. Dengan sarapan yang baik, anak akan lebih mudah fokus pada kegiatan di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Sarapan, Konsentrasi, Anak Usia 5-6 tahun
