Abstract

This research aims to produce valid Google Sites-based teacher administration, practical Google Sites-based teacher administration, and prove that Google Sites-based teacher administration helps improve teacher performance in elementary schools in Jejawi District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Rowntree's development model, which consists of three stages: 1) planning, 2) development, and 3) evaluation, is used to carry out the development. To carry out the evaluation stage, Tessmer's formative evaluation is used: self-evaluation, expert evaluation, evaluation of one person, small group, and field tests. Elementary school teachers in Jejawi District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, are the subjects of this research. This research collects data through observation, interviews, walkthroughs, questionnaires and tests. The results of research conducted by three validators show that Google Sites-based teacher administration is very valid with an average of 94.00 percent. The practicality test for teacher administration based on the Google website at the one-to-one stage showed an average of 90.83% and the small group showed an average of 92.75%, each in the very practical category. Apart from that, testing the effectiveness of teacher administration based on the Google website on pre-test and post-test results showed an average N-gain of 0.74, which indicates the high category.
