Abstract

Procurement of conventional banana seeds is not able to meet the quality needs of banana seedlings in many ways. Therefore, there must be another way of procuring such banana seeds through tissue culture techniques. Tissue culture can quickly produce high quality banana seedlings on a large scale and produce disease-free banana seedlings caused by viruses. The growth of bisang seeds can be formed into a mathematical model that depicts the seeds of banana seedlings. With RAL method is concluded that by using ZPT nutrition can produce quality banana seedlings and on a large scale. From the results of data analysis obtained, advanced testing used is Duncan Test which resulted in the conclusion that the most significant nutrients in producing quality banana seedlings and in large scale is as much as 100 ml.
