Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Jamkrida Sumsel (Perseroda). Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Jamkrida Sumsel (Perseroda). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel berjumlah 66 responden. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
