Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training on employees work accomplishment at AUTO 2000.The population on this research is all of the employees of AUTO 2000 which is 148 employees. This study uses a proportional random sampling technique and Slovin formula is use in determaningthe sample in this study were 108 employes at AUTO 2000. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analytical techniques used simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on AUTO 2000 employees work accomplishment. Suggestions that can be given from this study is that the company may increase the number of employees who take part in job training in order to improve the employees performance
