Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Bandang Mining Coal Site PELH Lahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT Bandang Mining Coal Site PELH Lahat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) sebanyak 53 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Bandang Mining Coal Site PELH Lahat.
