Abstract

Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a business process modeling standard that graphically represents business processes in business process diagrams. BPMN provides organizations with a standard graphical representation of communications. BPMN is intended to support technical and business users in business process management by providing business users with an intuitive notation that can express complex semantic processes. The aim of this research is to describe the customer registration business process at the Baturaja City PDAM facility using the Business Process Model and Country (BPMN) model, analyzing the business process for customer registration at the Baturaja City PDAM facility using the business process model. Correction Method (BPI). And recommends the Baturaja City PDAM customer registration business process using an effective Business Process Improvement (BPI) method. The benefit of this research for the company is to improve the quality of performance to achieve its goals without experiencing losses. This research method is Business Process Improvement (BPI), namely a method of analyzing and improving business processes using the help of Bizagi Modeler for business process simulation analysis and tools that improve Long business processes can be done more effectively and efficiently. Data collection is done first through observation and then through conversations with multiple employees and the development of ideas to make this business process more effective and efficient. Research results show more in this study there were several obstacles in the business process of registering pipe installation customers, both in terms of personnel availability, work processes and company duties. process Therefore, business processes must be improved in accordance with the recommendations submitted
