Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan tetap PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel yang berjumlah 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
